As a CPA and a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, March 18, 2014

I occasionally find myself needing to comprehensively edit a client's chart of accounts.  This task has usually been very tedious and time consuming- especially when I need to change the account titles.  My Chart of Accounts Utility has made this task much more manageable and efficient.  Recently I upgraded all 17 companies of a client's from Quicken to QuickBooks.  They had been using their account numbering system as the account titles in Quicken, and using the account descriptions for the actual "name" of the accounts.  When I transferred their files into QuickBooks, the chart of accounts kept this naming convention.  This caused me to have to edit every single account name in all 17 charts of accounts.  This task would have taken days to accomplish through QuickBooks Chart of Accounts.  However, with My Chart of Accounts Utility, I was able to make the changes to all 17 QB files successfully in less than a few hours with the "spreadsheet like" copy and paste functionality.

QB Utility - Love it! July 23, 2013

I purchased QB Utility as I had a new customer who fatally damaged her QuickBooks file.  Luckily, the customer had a copy of her chart of accounts in PDF.  I was able to very easily and quickly create her a new chart of accounts outside of QuickBooks and bring in the accounts seamlessly.  The transfer worked perfectly, just ad advertised.  I wholeheartedly recommend this product.  Can't wait to try it with another customer.
